02/27/2012Do not order from this place!! My order took more than a half hour over their 1-hour estimate. The food arrived cold, and all sides that were charged for were missing. The Sirloin Tips, were in no way shape or form Sirloin or Tips. Instead, I received scraps, fat, and gristle from a multitude of cuts. The 12 oz order that was to be shared between two people, turned out to be less than 5 oz of barely edible meat once all of the fat was cut out. Ryan, ordered 3 times
01/27/2012I had to wait for two and a half hours to get my food. The food was cold and soggy. The drink I ordered was was not cold. They forgot to bring my cheesecake. The food was undercooked. I hope I don't get food poisoning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! IT'S A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Abbigail, ordered 1 times

10/20/2011The order was a Caesar Salad and a Cheese Burger, it said on the E-mail confirmation delivery time: 45-60 mins... the messed up order took 97 mins. to arrive When I called back to straighten the order out (They gave us a garden salad when a Caesar with Turkey was ordered, I had ordered the Caesar to add tomatoes, olives and feta cheese on it) The owner, who answered the phone, started saying that he "THOUGHT" I meant something else other than what I ordered. When I asked what about the turkey (while looking right at my receipt on my email with Turkey clearly on there) The owner on the phone first replied that, I did not order turkey, then when I asked him if he had my ticket in front of him and he said "no sir, hold on one second" ... PLACES LIKE THIS ARE FALSE ADVERTISERS. MY WIFE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND WE EAT DELIVERY QUITE OFTEN. FORGET THIS PLACE, THE GUY HAS EITHER BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR TOO LONG AND DOESN'T CARE ANYMORE, OR HE IS TOO INCOMPETENT TO EVEN OWN A RESTAURANT AND SHOULD JUST GIVE UP. I ALSO HOPE THAT THIS SITE (EAT24.COM) REALIZES THAT NOT ALL OF THEIR RESTAURANTS RESPECT AND APPRECIATE WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS THIS SITE PROVIDES FOR THEM. Chad, ordered 2 times
09/26/2011placed an order 10:45 kept calling and calling finally got my order at 12:50 food was cold, with my order i ordered a 2 litter coke which i didnt get called back to inquire about the coke its 2 a clock now and still havent gotten my coke. i strongly suggest that you dont order food from here because the owner has no resepect for his customers what so ever he will keep feeding you stories about his drivers messing up. nicoli, ordered 1 times

07/21/2011I just tried this restaurant again and again terrible food but this time spoiled fetuccini, and spoiled lunchmeat on a club sandwich. Never ever again Debra, ordered 52 times
01/08/2011Awesome steak! I've only ever had better when I went to a restaurant, and I attribute that only to the fact that these steaks are delivered. I also highly recommend the chocolate cake! YUMMY! Kay, ordered 10 times
12/07/2010Delivery promise: 60 minutes or less. Delivery actual: 85 minutes, despite a promise at the 65 minute mark that it would be here "in 5 minutes". Meat was so under-cooked that I could not eat it and feel I wasted my $18. (It was nicely seared on the outside but just under the outside edge it was cool red -- I specified "pink, no red".)Baked potato was good, but condiments were scarce. 07/24/2010It took an 1 1/2 hours for the delivery and the ham was not right it smelled bad I didn't eat it. rest was just luke warm.. very dissapointed was my birthday lunch. Debra, ordered 52 times
05/29/2010Chicken was missing in one dish, Second dish was wrong item and prepared completely to the wrong temperature (wrong steak delivered, ordered Medium, arrived Well done), Strawberri cake was ordered, received frozen regular cheese cake. For a company that does all of their business as to go, for them to get every single item on an order wrong... HORRID!! This order was placed on line so there was no risk of miss understanding when ordering over the phone, and still, every single item was wrong. To top it all off, the delivery guy, had a very bad smell to him. When someone is delivering food, it is a good idea to not kill the cutomers appatite just by coming to the door.
